Can I return my order?

Yes, all orders can be returned within the statutory 14 day cooling-off period after delivery. We currently even have a 30-day returns policy. The only condition is that you have not gone further than is necessary when assessing the products: it is not necessary, for example, to remove the foil or to remove price tags. If this is the case, we may refuse the product for return or offset the resulting reduction in value against the amount to be refunded. This depreciation can amount to 100% of the purchase amount. Send the returned products to our logistics center.

How can I test in advance?

We organize periodic test days and want to provide targeted advice and testing options.

A test moment can also be organized via our network of trainers. We are currently developing this further, so feel free to email us for more information at info@qpadelshop.com or send us on whatsapp on +32 491 72 60.

How much are the shipping costs in Belgium/Netherlands?

Shipping costs are clearly stated during the purchasing process. For orders over €50 we offer free shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium. After payment, the customer receives a track & trace code with which the customer can track his or her order.

Do you ship abroad?

Q Padel Shop also ships to Luxembourg, France, Germany. Shipping costs may be higher and will be clearly stated in the purchasing process.

What is the delivery time?

Ordered before 7:00 PM on weekdays means that it will be shipped to the Netherlands and Belgium the same day. We cannot always guarantee delivery times because we are dependent on a 3rd party. 95% of orders are delivered the next day (on weekdays), but in some cases it takes 2 to 3 days before the package reaches your home! Feel free to contact us if you have been waiting longer!

How are the products delivered?

Q Padel Shop mainly works with PostNL and BPost. If you are not at home during delivery, the transport company will make 2 additional attempts to complete the delivery. If this is not successful, it will be delivered to a local postal point and you will be notified by email.

Can I also pick up my order?

Orders can currently be placed not  be collected.
